CMIRS Survey Reveals Predominant Dissatisfaction in Healthcare Sector
A- A A+

According to the survey, the most satisfactory aspects of the healthcare system are doctors, ambulance services, and laboratory tests. However, even among these, only three out of ten people expressed satisfaction. Overall satisfaction with general health services is notably low, with only one in ten participants reporting positive experiences.

The survey results indicate that the least satisfactory aspects of the healthcare system include the physical conditions of hospitals, general medical services, and hospital hospitality conditions. These areas received the most criticism from respondents, pointing to urgent needs for improvements in infrastructure and service quality.

The CMIRS survey sheds light on the pressing issues within the healthcare system, emphasizing the need for reforms to address the widespread dissatisfaction among the population.
