The incident, which occurred around 11:45 a.m. during the General Assembly, led to both verbal and physical altercations among MPs.
CTP leader Tufan Erhürman commented during the scuffle, stating, "We proposed that Fazilet Özdenefe open the session and approve the motion to initiate the budget committee. We made our constructive proposal."
