Death Toll in Gaza Reaches 43,736
The death toll from the Israeli military’s attacks on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 43,736, with 24 additional deaths reported in the past 24 hours. The Ministry of Health in Gaza provided updated figures on the ongoing assaults, which have now continued for 405 days.
In the past 24 hours, Israeli forces carried out three attacks in various regions of Gaza, resulting in the deaths of 24 people and injuries to 112 others.
Since the start of the conflict on October 7, 2023, the total number of deaths in Gaza has reached 43,736, with 103,370 individuals reported injured.
The Ministry also reiterated that bodies remain trapped under rubble and along roadsides, but health and civil defense teams have been unable to access the deceased due to obstruction by Israeli forces.
