Nationwide traffic inspections resulted in penalties for 417 drivers, with 44 vehicles banned from the roads.
According to the Police Press Bulletin, 2,157 vehicles were checked, and the violations included:
- 150 for exceeding the speed limit
- 6 for driving under the influence of alcohol
- 3 for driving without a license or insurance
- 62 for using mobile phones while driving
- 13 for not wearing seat belts
- 29 for driving without valid registration
- 9 for uninsured driving
- 13 for violating electric scooter regulations
- 2 for dangerous driving
- 130 for other offenses.
