During the investigation, 40 cameras were reviewed, and 20 statements were taken. The suspects will remain in detention for an additional four days as the investigation into their involvement in the incident continues.

On December 22, 2024, at around 8:00 PM, shots were fired at the main entrance of the Princess Nightclub, and three 9mm bullet casings were recovered about 60 meters from the scene. Additionally, a Glock pistol, two live 9mm rounds, a magazine, and seven more live rounds were found buried about 500 meters from the incident site. A green jacket was also found approximately 700 meters away.

Police continued to follow the trail, and on December 23, they traced the suspect's movements, including footage of him getting into a car with license plate NY 607 and heading to the airport. The driver of the vehicle, Mehmet Temizkan, was identified and arrested in Gönyeli. In his statement, Temizkan explained that Kırkmaz had asked him to pick up a customer, who he later took to the airport.

Kırkmaz, in turn, explained that he picked up the individual at the Imparator Nightclub and took him to a hotel in Kyrenia before dropping him off at the Princess Nightclub after being shown a photo of the location.

Police also identified that the shooter entered the country via Ercan Airport at 00:10 on December 21 and left the country on the evening of December 22.

After reviewing additional evidence, including 40 camera recordings and 20 statements, police requested an extension of four days to further investigate the suspects' involvement in the shooting. The suspects' phones are also being examined, and ballistic tests are being conducted on the recovered evidence.

Judge Nuray Necdet granted an extension of four days for the suspects' detention, and the investigation is ongoing.
