Fatal Workplace Accident in Taşkent: 35-Year-Old Fatih Şafakoğlu Dies
A workplace accident in Taşkent today claimed the life of 35-year-old Fatih Şafakoğlu.
The incident occurred at around 13:15 in the southeastern part of Taşkent village, where a team was conducting installation work on a mobile base station.
According to information from the Police Press Office, while equipment known as “combaniair” was being hoisted with a rope, the steel clamp holding the materials broke. As a result, the heavy materials fell and struck Fatih Şafakoğlu, who was working below the base station.
Şafakoğlu sustained severe injuries and died at the scene.
A police investigation into the incident is ongoing.
