Tatar Meets Azerbaijani President Aliyev in Antalya
President Ersin Tatar held a bilateral meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Antalya on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum. Notably, no flags representing either country were displayed during the meeting.
According to a statement from the Azerbaijani Presidency, the two leaders came together as part of the 4th Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF2025). During the meeting, Tatar expressed his gratitude to Aliyev for Azerbaijan’s continued solidarity and support toward the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, as well as for the remarks Aliyev made just days earlier at an international forum hosted by ADA University.
The discussion also covered reciprocal visits at various levels and explored areas for cooperation across multiple sectors.
