Construction Tycoon Denied Entry to Dubai Over Allegations of Unauthorized Sales of GC Properties
Ahmet Noyan, owner of the Noyanlar Group of Companies, was denied entry into Dubai upon arrival. The reason for the entry ban is reported to be allegations concerning unauthorized construction on and sale of Greek Cypriot-owned properties.
According to reliable sources from Kıbrıs Postası, Noyan was informed that he is listed among individuals prohibited from entering the United Arab Emirates. The ban is understood to be based on claims regarding the use and sale of Greek Cypriot properties without consent.
Ahmet Noyan is a well-known Turkish Cypriot developer whose company, Noyanlar Group, is particularly active in the İskele region with several large-scale construction projects.
This incident follows a series of legal actions targeting the unauthorized sale of Greek Cypriot properties in the northern part of the island. Previously, lawyer Akan Kürşat was detained in relation to similar allegations, and investigations have since expanded to include foreign contractors and real estate agents. Noyan’s denial of entry to Dubai appears to be the latest development in this ongoing chain of events.
