Thunderstorms Expected for Three Days Starting Thursday
The Meteorology Department has announced that thunderstorms are expected on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
According to the department, between May 27 and June 2, the region will generally be under the influence of a low-pressure system, with warm and relatively humid weather. On rainy days, a cooler and more humid air mass in the upper atmosphere is expected to dominate.
As a result of the forecasted conditions, the weather will be mostly clear to partly cloudy today and tomorrow. On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, skies will be partly cloudy at noon, with isolated showers or thunderstorms in some areas. The rest of the period is expected to be mostly clear to partly cloudy.
Maximum temperatures will range between 29°C and 32°C inland and between 25°C and 28°C along the coast. Winds will generally blow from the south and west at moderate strength, occasionally becoming strong.
