Erhurman Receives UN Secretary-General’s Cyprus Envoy Diagne
UN Secretary-General’s Special Representative for Cyprus Khassim Diagne met with President Tufan Erhurman. Diagne had also held talks with Greek Cypriot leader Nikos Christodoulides last week.
President Tufan Erhurman received Khassim Diagne, the UN Secretary-General’s Special Representative for Cyprus and Head of Mission of the United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP), at the Presidency.
During the meeting, held at the Presidency, Diagne briefed Erhurman on the activities carried out by UNFICYP, and the two sides exchanged views.
Presidential Undersecretary Mehmet Dânâ was also present at the meeting.
