In the General Assembly session, 27 MPs voted in favor of retaining Yeşilırmak’s immunity, while 20 voted against. Three MPs did not participate in the vote.

The report from the special committee formed to assess the request to lift Yeşilırmak’s immunity was presented and debated in the session before a vote was held.

Following this item, the Assembly moved on to discuss the proposed amendments to the Political Parties Law. After the committee report was read, the articles of the bill were voted on individually and the second reading was completed. The third reading was deferred to the next session due to the proposal lacking urgency.
