Kyrenia-Alsancak Road Fatal Crash Claims Life of 81-Year-Old Driver
A traffic accident occurred yesterday at around 23:10 on the Kyrenia-Alsancak main road, resulting in the death of 81-year-old driver Fuat Zorali.
According to information from the Police Press Office, between the 4th and 5th kilometers of the main road, the vehicle with license plate FD 283, driven by Fuat Zorali, was heading toward Alsancak when he lost control of the steering wheel, hit the curb on the south side of the road, then fell into a ditch approximately 3 meters deep and the vehicle rolled over.
As a result of the accident, the driver Fuat Zorali died at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
