Harmancı: “In This Election, We Will Set Aside All Past Resentments”
Mayor of Nicosia Turkish Municipality (LTB) and member of the TDP Party Assembly, Mehmet Harmancı, expressed support for the party’s decision to back Tufan Erhürman in the upcoming presidential election, stating that all past resentments will be set aside.
In a brief statement on social media following the TDP Party Assembly’s endorsement of Erhürman, Harmancı said:
“This election marks one of the most pivotal moments in our history. We are fully aware of our responsibility. In this election, we will set aside all past resentments, unite for the country to escape the swamp it has been dragged into, and walk forward together.”
