Police Report: Drunk Individuals Causing Disturbance Arrested
The Police Press Office released bulletins covering incidents from yesterday and today. E.C. was arrested for stealing products without payment from a market in Bogazkoy. Two intoxicated individuals causing public disturbance were caught red-handed in Kyrenia and Alsancak. Additionally, a motorcyclist was injured in a traffic accident in Gonyeli, and a person residing without permission in the country was also detained.
In Bogazkoy, E.C. (male, 58), posing as a customer, took various food items from a market without paying at the cashier and left the store with the stolen goods. Following an ongoing investigation, the suspect was identified and arrested, according to the police statement.
Two Drunk Individuals Arrested for Public Disturbance
In Kyrenia and Alsancak, B.Ş. (male) and O.D. (male, 52) were caught in public spaces intoxicated and causing disturbance by shouting loudly. Both were arrested on the spot.
75-Year-Old Motorcyclist Injured in Accident
In Gonyeli, İbrahim Kaya Dikkaya (male, 51), driving a vehicle with license plate LN 946, failed to give right of way and carelessly exited, colliding with a motorcycle driven by Hüsnü Gürboylu (male, 75) with license plate LG 550. The motorcyclist was treated at Lefkoşa Dr. Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital for a broken right leg and later discharged.
Person Detained for Unauthorized Residence
During nationwide police checks, one individual was arrested for residing in the country without proper authorization.
