Temperatures Expected To Reach 32–35°C Across Interior Regions
The Meteorology Department has forecast mostly clear to partly cloudy conditions across the region, with temperatures expected to remain high over the coming days.
According to the 11–17 June 2026 weather report, the area will be under the influence of a low-pressure system accompanied by warm and humid air masses.
On Thursday, 11 June, the weather is expected to be mostly clear and slightly cloudy, becoming partly cloudy during midday hours. Patchy fog is also expected in the early morning.
Maximum temperatures are forecast to reach 32–35°C in inland areas and 28–31°C along coastal regions.
Winds are expected to blow mainly from the south and west at light to occasionally moderate strength.
