Özerdağ: Turkish Cypriot Judiciary To Continue Delivering Justice With Dedication In 2026
President of the Supreme Court Bertan Özerdağ has said that 2025 was a productive year for the judiciary and stressed that the Turkish Cypriot judiciary will continue to provide justice with the same dedication in 2026.
Özerdağ extended New Year greetings to the Turkish Cypriot people and members of the judiciary, noting that 2025 had been a highly productive and successful year for the judiciary of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. He thanked judges, prosecutors, lawyers and court staff for their contributions to this success.
In his New Year message, Özerdağ said:
“I am confident that in 2026, the Turkish Cypriot Judiciary will continue to provide justice services to the State of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and the Turkish Cypriot people with the same dedication and successful efforts. I extend my New Year wishes to all our people and the legal community, and hope that 2026 will bring health, happiness and peace to the world, our country and our people.”
