Sea Water Quality at Kyrenia’s Municipal Beaches Rated ‘Excellent’
Kyrenia Municipality has announced the July results of sea water quality tests conducted at its public beaches, confirming that both Kervansaray and Karaoğlanoğlu (Antis) Public Beaches meet the “excellent” standard for water quality.
According to the municipality, samples taken from various locations at Kervansaray Beach showed extremely low levels of E. coli and Enterococcus bacteria, falling well below the thresholds set by EU and local health regulations.
Authorities stated that regular testing will continue throughout the summer season and encouraged the public to use the beaches with confidence.
